Machine Design
The industrial automation machinery we supply can be a single assembly machine or a number of assembly machines to suit your production layout. All the assembly systems that we provide incorporate modular construction to allow the customer to expand as the specification changes. From a machine for automatic assembly of small components , each FoodTech assembly machine solution is designed to provide the best method for reducing labour costs, increasing output and eliminating manual handling concerns.
Pick & Place Mechanism
A pick and place mechanism is provided for selecting a part from a pick-up location, transporting the same to a place location, and placing it in a precise position at the place location. A part is engaged by a pair of gripping fingers which depend from a casing mounted for movement between the pick and place locations.
Tooling & fixture design
The abilities of our in-house jig and tool design facilities enable simple jigs and more complex fixtures to be designed to suit the customers requirements. The examples of jigs and fixtures shown above vary from a large fixture to a small cost effective jig to hold part during the varies process. we welcomes the opportunity to design and manufacture jigs and fixtures to client specifications.
Material Handling system
We specialise in the design and manufacture of conveyor modules, customised equipment, along with complete turnkey materials handling systems. Whatever size of project, from supplying a single conveying module to a totally integrated system we work closely with the customer to identify both current and possible future handling requirements before presenting the optimum proposals.
